Participants will be introduced to Elisa and Fabiano, the founders of Cremoloso.
They will guide you in selecting and churning the gelato of your choice. Then, you will have the chance to assemble a panettone, incorporating your freshly made gelato or sorbet into the heart of this festive bread.
The creation of a simple, yet refined, chocolate sauce adds a final flourish to your panettone.
At the end of the session, each participant will take home their own panettone to fill with their handmade gelato and the know-how to recreate the chocolate sauce, allowing them to share a piece of Italian tradition with friends and family.
