We don’t! It’s all done independently by a service called Stripe. They’ve been certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry. Your details are secure as can be!

Because our gelato tubs  are made upon request following your specific needs, once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address or cancel your order.

Yes. Because gelato is a frozen product, you need to be at your facility when we deliver. Once you receive your order you can eat it straight away or store it immediately in your freezer at -18.

We do not utilize tracking apps or systems. Upon ordering your gelato, you’ll be assigned a delivery slot, with delivery scheduled within 48 to 72 hours based on your order time. Should there be any delays, rest assured, we’ll promptly inform you. For updates, feel free to text us at 074 7906 7248 anytime.

Yes, all our sorbets are vegan and gluten-free, with the majority of our gelato flavours gluten-free also. However, our products are prepared in an environment where nuts, dairy, soy, wheat and other allergens are handled. While we take extra care to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely safe to consume for people with allergies.

Our beautiful gelato is hand made from scratch every day on our own premises, using the best possible ingredients we can source, along with lots of time spent trying new combinations! That’s why our gelato is so delicious.

All the ingredients used in making our Gelato are of the highest quality – with some from Italy and some produced by the best local farmers, such as our fresh milk delivered daily to our door.

The ingredients that give Cremoloso Gelato its exceptional flavour, creamy texture and nutritional profile, contribute to a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Remarkably, Cremoloso Gelato contains half the fat and fewer calories compared to regular ice cream. The nutritional value range is 89 calories per scoop (80-gram serving) for sorbets up to a maximum of 160 calories per scoop (80-gram serving), and for the richer flavours like chocolate and pistachio. Gelato can also be made with high-quality non-dairy ingredients so that everyone can enjoy it! Because gelato is richer, creamier, and has less air than ice cream, you don’t have to eat as much to feel satisfied.

Gelato is made fresh every day and has a base of milk and cream. Gelato contains on average 1/3 less sugar than ice cream and half the fat. Thanks to cutting-edge research efforts Cremoloso Gelato is remarkably made with 80% less sugar than regular ice cream. Gelato contains only 30% air, ice cream has an average of 80% air. Gelato is lower in fat and contains half the butterfat than other styles of ice cream. Gelato doesn’t numb the mouth as much as ice cream, allowing the taste buds a more flavourful experience.

Yes, all our gelati/sorbets are suitable for vegetarians.

All our sorbetti and dairy-free gelato are suitable for vegans.

The ingredients we use are not halal-certified, but they do not contain any non-halal product. Except for some flavours like Tiramisu, Rum & Raisin & any specials which contain alcohol. Better check on our Allergen/dietary requirement page or chat with us.

Gelato and sorbet can be stored for long periods at or below -18°C, but for optimal taste and texture, it’s best consumed within 1 to 2 months. Over time, the quality may decline due to freezer burn and ice crystal formation.

The ideal storage temperature for both gelato and sorbet is at or below -18°C (0°F). This temperature helps preserve their texture, flavor, and prevents the growth of bacteria.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve put several measures in place to protect the safety of our staff and customers.


Kitchen staff

All staff use a fresh pair of disposable gloves and masks on every shift.


Our deliveries are contact-free and socially distanced. We’ll simply ring your bell, or knock, and place your order on the doorstep for you to pick up.

Head office

Our office staff are being monitored for illness, as mentioned above, and are currently working from home per government recommendations. But everything is operating normally and our fantastic customer service team is still on hand to help with any queries you might have.
