The founders will introduce you to the foundational aspects of their brand before guiding you through the history and crafting process of authentic Italian gelato.

During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to select a flavour and learn the careful balance of ingredients that go into making premium gelato and sorbet. The practical part of the session will involve hands-on churning, providing insight into the transformation from raw ingredients to the finished product.

The focus will be on understanding the subtleties of texture and taste that define true Italian gelato. With guidance from Elisa and Fabiano, you will create 500g of gelato to take home, serving not only as a delicious treat but also as a memento of the skills learned. This workshop is an engaging experience that offers a slice of Italy through its most iconic frozen dessert.
